基于平面框架模型的肋式轉(zhuǎn)向結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算方法

【摘要】:針對(duì)肋式轉(zhuǎn)向結(jié)構(gòu)的受力分析和配筋設(shè)計(jì),提出了一種基于平面框架模型的簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算方法,將轉(zhuǎn)向塊所在的箱梁節(jié)段轉(zhuǎn)化為平面框架模型,其中頂板、腹板、底板轉(zhuǎn)化為三自由度梁?jiǎn)卧?轉(zhuǎn)向結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)式劃分為等效梁格.由于頂板、腹板的縱向長(zhǎng)度對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向結(jié)構(gòu)受力影響很小,因此取為與轉(zhuǎn)向結(jié)構(gòu)同寬,此時(shí)平面框架模型如同倒置的簡(jiǎn)支T梁,平面框架模型中的底板縱向長(zhǎng)度可以通過(guò)比擬規(guī)范中T梁的有效分布寬度確定.與空間網(wǎng)格模型、ANSYS實(shí)體模型的相比,簡(jiǎn)化方法在絕大多數(shù)情況下誤差僅為5%~20%,且結(jié)果偏于安全.最后,將簡(jiǎn)化方法應(yīng)用到國(guó)內(nèi)的兩座實(shí)橋中并與實(shí)橋配筋進(jìn)行對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)橋轉(zhuǎn)向結(jié)構(gòu)配筋量遠(yuǎn)大于計(jì)算值,配筋偏于安全.此簡(jiǎn)化方法同樣適用于配置雙層甚至多層轉(zhuǎn)向管道的轉(zhuǎn)向結(jié)構(gòu)的配筋設(shè)計(jì).
[Abstract]:Aiming at the stress analysis and reinforcement design of ribbed steering structure, a simplified calculation method based on plane frame model is proposed, in which the section of box girder of steering block is transformed into a plane frame model, in which the top plate and web plate are used. The bottom plate is transformed into three degree of freedom beam element, and the steering structure network is divided into equivalent girder lattice. Because of the roof, the longitudinal length of the web has little effect on the steering structure, so it is taken as the same width as the steering structure. In this case, the plane frame model is like a simply supported T beam, and the longitudinal length of the bottom plate in the plane frame model can be determined by comparing the effective distribution width of the T beam in the specification. In most cases, the error of the simplified method is only 5 / 20, and the result is relatively safe. Finally, the simplified method is applied to the two real bridges in China and compared with the reinforcement of the real bridge, and it is found that the amount of reinforcement in the steering structure of the real bridge is much larger than the calculated value. The simplified method is also suitable for the reinforcement design of steering structures with double-layer or even multi-layer steering pipes.
