阜新市就地冷再生技術(shù)應用研究和經(jīng)濟評價

【摘要】:阜新經(jīng)過多年的艱難轉(zhuǎn)型后,經(jīng)濟迅速增長,生態(tài)環(huán)境得到改善。公路是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要媒介,阜新政府每年都要投入大量的財力和物力用于公路的維修和養(yǎng)護。巨大卻必要的開支使公路在促進阜新邁向復蘇的同時,也減緩了經(jīng)濟增長的速率。同時,大量砂石樹木的開采也違背了阜新“構(gòu)建園林城市”的初衷。就地冷再生技術(shù)經(jīng)濟、環(huán)保,阜新地區(qū)雖有很多施工實例,但尚未形成完整的理論體系。因此,為了適應阜新經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和環(huán)境保護的需求,本文重點對就地冷再生技術(shù)展開研究,使這項技術(shù)更好地服務于阜新的發(fā)展。本文以阜新市育紅路到迎賓大街主干路的基層就地冷再生項目為工程實例,按照設(shè)計、施工、評價的順序?qū)偷乩湓偕夹g(shù)進行研究,共分為四個階段:方案設(shè)計階段,以試驗路為例闡述了大修方案的選擇依據(jù)和方法,總結(jié)出設(shè)計流程和步驟;配合比設(shè)計階段,分析了舊路銑刨料的級配組成,測定了不同水泥摻量下試件的最大干密度和最佳含水率,以無側(cè)限抗壓強度為強度標準,確定試驗路的水泥摻量為5%或6%均可,粗骨料摻量為15%最佳;施工階段,通過試驗路的鋪筑,詳細闡述了就地冷再生的施工工藝,形成了較完整的施工理論體系。評價階段,分析了就地冷再生技術(shù)的可行性、經(jīng)濟合理性和社會效益。評價其社會效益時,提出社會效益可分為對于社會的經(jīng)濟效益和對于生態(tài)的環(huán)境效益兩方面,并重點對環(huán)境效益作出論證,提出并論證了可以將可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論作為評價就地冷再生技術(shù)環(huán)境效益的理論依據(jù),同時引入技術(shù)清潔性概念,指出技術(shù)清潔性是可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論技術(shù)層面的體現(xiàn),技術(shù)清潔性作為評價就地冷再生技術(shù)的環(huán)境效益切實可行,并給出評價技術(shù)清潔性的參考指標。最后,基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論對就地冷再生技術(shù)的環(huán)境效益進行了評價,結(jié)果表明就地冷再生技術(shù)具有技術(shù)清潔性,體現(xiàn)了技術(shù)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。通過工程的實施和對就地冷再生技術(shù)的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟評價可以得出:就地冷再生技術(shù)能夠適應阜新發(fā)展的各項要求,節(jié)省經(jīng)濟開支,符合阜新發(fā)展綠色生態(tài)的理念,具有可持續(xù)性,應在阜新地區(qū)大力推廣,必將為阜新帶來不可估量的經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:After many years of difficult transformation, Fuxin has witnessed rapid economic growth and improved ecological environment. The highway is an important medium for economic development. Fuxin government has to invest a lot of financial and material resources in highway maintenance and maintenance every year. The huge but necessary expenditure makes the highway promote the recovery of Fuxin, but also slow down the rate of economic growth. At the same time. The exploitation of a large number of sand and stone trees is also contrary to the original intention of "building garden city" in Fuxin. Although there are many construction examples in Fuxin area, the local cold regeneration technology is economical and environmental protection, but it has not yet formed a complete theoretical system. In order to meet the needs of economic development and environmental protection in Fuxin, this paper focuses on the research of in-situ cold regeneration technology. This technology can better serve the development of Fuxin. This paper takes the local cold regeneration project from Yuhong Road to Yingbin Street in Fuxin City as an engineering example, according to the design, construction. Research on in-situ cold regeneration technology is carried out in the order of evaluation, which is divided into four stages: the design stage. Taking the experimental road as an example, the selection basis and method of the overhaul scheme are expounded, and the design process and steps are summarized. In the phase of mix ratio design, the gradation composition of the old road milling planer is analyzed, the maximum dry density and the optimum moisture content of the specimen under different cement content are measured, and the unconfined compressive strength is taken as the strength standard. The cement content of test road is 5% or 6%, and the content of coarse aggregate is 15%. In the construction stage, through the paving of the test road, the construction technology of local cold regeneration is expounded in detail, and a relatively complete construction theory system is formed. At the evaluation stage, the feasibility of the in-situ cold regeneration technology is analyzed. When evaluating the social benefits, the social benefits can be divided into two aspects: the economic benefits for the society and the environmental benefits for the ecology, and the emphasis is on the demonstration of the environmental benefits. The theory of sustainable development can be used as the theoretical basis for evaluating the environmental benefits of in-situ cold regeneration technology. At the same time, the concept of technology cleanliness is introduced. It is pointed out that the technical cleanliness is the embodiment of the theory and technology of sustainable development, and the technical cleanliness is feasible to evaluate the environmental benefit of the in-situ cold regeneration technology, and the reference index for evaluating the cleanliness of the technology is given. Based on the theory of sustainable development, the environmental benefits of in-situ cold recycling technology are evaluated. The results show that the in-situ cold recycling technology has the technical cleanliness. Through the implementation of the project and the technical and economic evaluation of the local cold regeneration technology, it can be concluded that the local cold regeneration technology can adapt to the requirements of the development of Fuxin and save economic expenses. In accordance with the concept of developing green ecology in Fuxin, it is sustainable and should be popularized in Fuxin area, which will bring inestimable economic and environmental benefits to Fuxin.
