連續(xù)梁橋動(dòng)靜載試驗(yàn)及其有限元分析

【摘要】:首先對(duì)動(dòng)、靜載試驗(yàn)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié),說明了橋梁動(dòng)、靜載試驗(yàn)根據(jù)規(guī)范要求所進(jìn)行的結(jié)果評(píng)定的過程。然后以大連市202線延伸工程中的一段一聯(lián)單跨連續(xù)橋梁為工程背景,對(duì)連續(xù)梁進(jìn)行動(dòng)靜荷載試驗(yàn),測(cè)定橋梁的控制界面的撓度和應(yīng)變,以及橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)響應(yīng)和基本頻率,同時(shí)在靜載試驗(yàn)有限元分析中,運(yùn)用有限元軟件Midas/Civil建立連續(xù)梁橋的三維有限元模型,分析連續(xù)梁橋的加載荷載,利用Midas/Civil中的移動(dòng)荷載追蹤模塊計(jì)算加載移動(dòng)荷載的等效靜荷載,應(yīng)用得出的橋梁加載靜荷載對(duì)連續(xù)梁橋進(jìn)行模擬分析,在分析的過程中,針對(duì)每一跨分析每一跨的控制截面在加載荷載的作用下的撓度變形和內(nèi)力值,以此指導(dǎo)橋梁靜載試驗(yàn)。在動(dòng)荷載有限元分析中,利用Midas/Civil時(shí)程分析,得到橋梁控制截面的位移與內(nèi)力的時(shí)程曲線,利用得出的結(jié)果與動(dòng)載試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,確定橋梁的動(dòng)力特性是否符合要求。最終,評(píng)定了橋梁的工作狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the related theories of dynamic and static load test are summarized, and the bridge motion is explained. Static load test according to the requirements of the code for the results of the evaluation process. Then taking a section of a single span continuous bridge in Dalian 202 extension project as the engineering background the dynamic and static load test of continuous beam is carried out. The deflection and strain of the control interface of the bridge, the vibration response and the basic frequency of the bridge structure were measured. At the same time, the finite element analysis of the static load test was carried out. The three-dimensional finite element model of continuous beam bridge is established by using finite element software Midas/Civil, and the loading load of continuous beam bridge is analyzed. Using the moving load tracing module in Midas/Civil to calculate the equivalent static load of the loading moving load, the bridge loading static load is used to simulate and analyze the continuous beam bridge, and in the process of analysis. Aiming at the deflection and internal force of the control section of each span under the action of loading load, the deflection and internal force of each span are analyzed to guide the static load test of the bridge, which is used in the finite element analysis of dynamic load. Using Midas/Civil time-history analysis, the time-history curves of the displacement and internal force of the bridge control section are obtained, and the results obtained are compared with the dynamic load test. Determine whether the dynamic characteristics of the bridge meet the requirements. Finally, the bridge's working state is evaluated.
