【摘要】:交通路網(wǎng)作為社會發(fā)展的一個主要服務(wù)載體,其穩(wěn)定性是與國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展直接相關(guān)的。城市在不斷發(fā)展,道路交通的擁堵問題日益嚴(yán)重,逐步從單一的路段或者交叉口擁擠問題演化為片區(qū)道路的擁堵。為了將這一問題解決,本論文從以下幾個方面對城市道路交通狀況進(jìn)行分析研究。 首先,,本文針對國內(nèi)外交通狀態(tài)的研究狀況進(jìn)行概述,對于中外學(xué)者及專家對城市道路交通運行狀態(tài)評價方法的研究,進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的總結(jié)歸納。根據(jù)以往研究內(nèi)容能夠看出,要分析道路的交通狀態(tài)情況,單純依據(jù)單點交叉口或路段的交通狀況來評價片區(qū)甚至整個路網(wǎng)的交通狀況是不全面的,因此,需要對某個片區(qū),甚至片區(qū)路網(wǎng)整體的交通狀態(tài)進(jìn)行評價分析。 其次,闡述了專家學(xué)者針對交叉口延誤及車輛排隊的幾種常見模型,以烏魯木齊市友好北路與新醫(yī)路交叉口為例,借助VISSIM微觀仿真軟件與數(shù)學(xué)延誤模型,將仿真結(jié)果中的排隊長度、延誤和行程時間等數(shù)據(jù),與Webster延誤模型計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行比對,進(jìn)而確定交叉口延誤值,對交叉口的交通運行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分析。 最后,分別以烏魯木齊市高新區(qū)、克拉瑪依市老城區(qū)為例,對片區(qū)道路交通狀況進(jìn)行分析,提出以片區(qū)交叉口進(jìn)口飽和度、路段平均行車速度作為交通狀態(tài)評價指標(biāo),以一種新的基于交通狀態(tài)系數(shù)的道路交通運行狀態(tài)評價方法,借助VISSIM仿真模型輸出的相關(guān)評價數(shù)據(jù),探討分析該評價方法是否適用于對片區(qū)道路交通運行狀態(tài)的評價。
[Abstract]:Traffic network as a main service carrier of social development, its stability is directly related to the national economic development. In order to solve this problem, the traffic situation of urban roads is analyzed and studied from the following aspects. First of all, this paper summarizes the research situation of traffic status at home and abroad, and studies the evaluation methods of urban road traffic operation state by Chinese and foreign scholars and experts. According to the previous research content, we should analyze the traffic condition of the road. It is not comprehensive to evaluate the traffic condition of the whole road network or even the whole area based on the traffic condition of the single point intersection or the section of road. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the traffic condition of a certain area. Even the whole traffic state of the whole area road network is evaluated and analyzed. Secondly, this paper expounds several common models of intersection delay and vehicle queue, taking the intersection of friendly North Road and Xinyi Road in Urumqi as an example. With the help of VISSIM simulation software and mathematical delay model, the data of queue length, delay and travel time in the simulation results are compared with the calculated results of Webster delay model. Then the delay value of intersection is determined, and the traffic state of intersection is analyzed. Finally, taking Urumqi High-tech Zone and Karamay City as an example, the paper analyzes the road traffic situation of the district, and puts forward the saturation of the intersection entrance. As an index of traffic state evaluation, a new evaluation method based on traffic state coefficient is used to evaluate the road traffic running state, and the relevant evaluation data are outputted by VISSIM simulation model. This paper discusses whether the evaluation method is applicable to the evaluation of the road traffic running state in the area.
