【摘要】：由于隧道環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性和隱蔽性，在施工的過程中有很多未知因素，可能會出現(xiàn)不同的問題，施工的監(jiān)控測量就顯得尤為重要。能夠找出隧道施工過程中隧道變形和應(yīng)力變化的一些規(guī)律對于指導(dǎo)隧道施工是很有幫助的，，一般情況下我們可以通過三種途徑得到這些規(guī)律性的經(jīng)驗：施工經(jīng)驗、解析法和軟件的數(shù)值模擬計算。解析方法在隧道設(shè)計應(yīng)用中雖然比較精確，但是解析的過程過于繁瑣。施工過程得到的經(jīng)驗是對數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果的檢驗標準，但是一味的通過施工過程獲得經(jīng)驗可能會有很重大的損失或者付出慘痛的代價。 本文在對國內(nèi)外數(shù)值計算方法的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及有限元軟件在隧道數(shù)值模擬中的應(yīng)用總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上，歸納了公路隧道開挖的數(shù)值計算方法并分析了其適用性。結(jié)合潮州至惠州高速公路上的長坑隧道工程建設(shè)實際，對隧道的實際開挖過程的圍巖變形特性進行了測試與分析；采用有限元分析軟件對隧道開挖過程中的力學(xué)與變形特性進行了數(shù)值模擬與分析并和實際的監(jiān)控量測結(jié)果進行比對分析，驗證數(shù)值模擬方法在隧道開挖施工中應(yīng)用的可靠性。
[Abstract]:Due to the complexity and concealment of the tunnel environment, there are many unknown factors in the construction process, which may lead to different problems. Monitoring and measurement of construction is particularly important. It is very helpful to find out some rules of tunnel deformation and stress change in the course of tunnel construction. In general, we can get these regular experiences through three ways: construction experience, analytical method and numerical simulation calculation of software. Although the analytical method is more accurate in tunnel design. However, the analytical process is too cumbersome. The experience obtained from the construction process is the test standard for the numerical simulation results. But getting experience through the construction process can be costly or costly. In this paper, the development of numerical calculation methods at home and abroad and the application of finite element software in tunnel numerical simulation are summarized. The numerical calculation method of highway tunnel excavation is summarized and its applicability is analyzed. Combined with the actual construction of Changkeng Tunnel on Chaozhou to Huizhou Expressway. The deformation characteristics of surrounding rock during the actual excavation of the tunnel are tested and analyzed. The finite element analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the mechanical and deformation characteristics of tunnel excavation, and the results are compared with the actual monitoring results. The reliability of numerical simulation method in tunnel excavation is verified.
