【摘要】:文章針對(duì)后輪驅(qū)動(dòng)輪式攤鋪機(jī)牽引力不足的缺陷,通過(guò)對(duì)輪式攤鋪機(jī)不同驅(qū)動(dòng)方案的分析,確定在后輪驅(qū)動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)上增加前輪驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng),對(duì)全輪驅(qū)動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)方案進(jìn)行了研究。 文章主要對(duì)以下幾方面的工作內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述: 1.采用理論分析、計(jì)算機(jī)仿真和試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)輪式攤鋪機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)原理及其作業(yè)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了深入分析。 2.通過(guò)對(duì)幾種不同前輪驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的比較研究,確定了采用遠(yuǎn)程恒壓控制變量泵系統(tǒng)為前輪驅(qū)動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)方案。 3.對(duì)全輪驅(qū)動(dòng)攤鋪機(jī)行駛驅(qū)動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,完成了主要零部件選型。 4.建立了全輪驅(qū)動(dòng)攤鋪機(jī)行駛系統(tǒng)仿真模型,對(duì)輪式攤鋪機(jī)的牽引性能、起步加速過(guò)程、頂推料車(chē)起步過(guò)程等進(jìn)行了仿真。 其仿真結(jié)果表明:增加前輪驅(qū)動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)后,,輪式攤鋪機(jī)牽引性能得到明顯改善。 最后,通過(guò)攤鋪機(jī)樣機(jī)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了輪式攤鋪機(jī)采用全輪驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng),使之驅(qū)動(dòng)性能得以明顯改善的可行性和方案設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。 文章論述清晰,有大量的理論基礎(chǔ)和驗(yàn)證數(shù)據(jù)作支撐,對(duì)同類(lèi)型的工程機(jī)械的開(kāi)發(fā)或提升具有較好的借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the defect of insufficient traction of rear wheel drive wheel paver, through analyzing different drive schemes of wheel paver, it is determined to add front wheel drive system on the basis of rear wheel drive. The scheme of full wheel drive hydraulic system is studied. This paper mainly describes the following aspects of the work: 1. The structure principle and operation process of wheeled paver are deeply analyzed by means of theoretical analysis, computer simulation and test. 2. Through the comparative study of several different front wheel drive systems, it is determined that the remote constant pressure control variable pump system is used as the front wheel drive hydraulic system. 3. Designed and calculated the driving hydraulic system of the full wheel drive paver, and finished the selection of main parts. 4. The simulation model of driving system of full-wheel drive paver is established, and the traction performance, starting acceleration process, starting process of push-load car and so on of wheel-type paver are simulated. The simulation results show that the traction performance of wheeled paver is improved obviously with the increase of front wheel drive hydraulic system. Finally, the feasibility of using the full wheel drive system to improve the driving performance and the rationality of the scheme design are further verified by the field test of the paver prototype. The paper discusses clearly, has a large number of theoretical basis and verification data as the support, and has a good reference value for the development or promotion of the same type of construction machinery.
