【摘要】:物流業(yè)是商業(yè)的命脈,高品質物流更是保障商業(yè)質量的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在信息化程度越來越高的今天,信息技術為高品質物流提供了技術支撐。本文基于嵌入式ARM技術、ZigBee無線通信技術、Web服務器開發(fā)技術和模糊控制技術研究了貨物倉儲運輸環(huán)境溫濕度自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),,系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測貨物儲運環(huán)境溫濕度并根據(jù)實際情況利用模糊控制方法自動調整倉儲區(qū)溫度使貨物處于恒溫環(huán)境,保障了貨物倉儲運輸?shù)陌踩浴?論文首先介紹了國內外貨物倉儲運輸安全保障方面的發(fā)展狀況,給出了系統(tǒng)設計方案,系統(tǒng)由監(jiān)測節(jié)點、監(jiān)控終端和服務器三個部分組成。監(jiān)測節(jié)點與監(jiān)控終端之間的通信由ZigBee模塊通過自組織組網(wǎng)實現(xiàn),監(jiān)測節(jié)點負責溫濕度采集與空調控制,并將所采集的溫濕度數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)過Modbus協(xié)議編碼之后通過ZigBee網(wǎng)絡傳輸至監(jiān)控終端;監(jiān)控終端通過ZigBee協(xié)調器接收監(jiān)測節(jié)點發(fā)送來的數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)處理提取出溫濕度數(shù)據(jù)后在LCD上顯示,并將通過3G/GPRS模塊上傳數(shù)據(jù)至服務器;服務器采用Web服務器開發(fā),通過網(wǎng)絡通信實現(xiàn)采集的數(shù)據(jù)接收,設計生成動態(tài)網(wǎng)頁實現(xiàn)顯示和管理溫濕度數(shù)據(jù);模糊控制技術的應用確保了貨物處于恒溫的合適環(huán)境。 系統(tǒng)的使用,讓管理人員不僅可以在本地觀察實時溫濕度,還可以遠程使用手機、平板電腦或PC機以瀏覽網(wǎng)頁的形式查看實時溫濕度數(shù)據(jù),自動控制空調以使貨物倉儲區(qū)處于恒溫狀態(tài),有效的保障了貨物倉儲運輸?shù)陌踩,提高智能化程度,?jié)省了人力物力,具有廣泛的應用前景。
[Abstract]:The logistics industry is the lifeblood of business, high-quality logistics is an important part of commercial quality. In the increasingly high degree of information technology today, information technology provides technical support for high-quality logistics. This paper based on embedded ARM technology, ZigBee wireless communication technology, Web server development technology and fuzzy on the environmental temperature and humidity automatic goods storage and transportation monitoring and control system, monitoring system of temperature and humidity of the environment and the storage and transportation of goods according to the actual situation by using the fuzzy control method of automatic adjustment of temperature of the goods in the storage area in constant temperature environment, to ensure the safety of goods storage and transportation.
This paper firstly introduces the development situation of domestic and foreign goods storage and transportation security, gives the design scheme of the system, the system consists of the monitoring node, the three part of the monitoring terminal and the server. The communication between the monitoring node and the monitoring terminal by the ZigBee module through the self-organizing network, monitoring node is responsible for collection of temperature and humidity and air conditioning control, and the temperature and humidity data collected after the Modbus protocol encoding through ZigBee network transmission to the monitoring terminal; the monitoring terminal receives the monitoring node to the coordinator through ZigBee data processing, the extraction temperature and humidity data on the LCD display, and through the 3G/GPRS module to upload data to the server; the server using the Web server development, receiving through the implementation of network communication of data collection, management and implementation of dynamic web page to display the temperature and humidity data generation design; fuzzy control technology The application ensures the suitable environment for the goods at constant temperature.
The use of the system, so that managers can not only observe the real-time temperature and humidity in the local area, also can use remote mobile phone, tablet computer or PC view real-time temperature and humidity data to browse the web in the form of air conditioning automatic control to make the goods storage area in a state of constant temperature, effective protection of the goods storage and transportation safety, improve intelligence the degree, save manpower, and has wide application prospect.
