【摘要】：為了研究駕駛員停車尋位行為的一般規(guī)律,選取了北京市西城區(qū)18個(gè)公共停車場(chǎng),對(duì)其使用者進(jìn)行了抽樣調(diào)查。利用調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)影響停車尋位時(shí)間的各因素進(jìn)行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)停車時(shí)長(zhǎng)、停車場(chǎng)類型、有無引導(dǎo)和停車場(chǎng)擁擠情況對(duì)尋位選擇行為影響顯著。確定了影響停車尋位時(shí)間的特性變量,建立了停車尋位時(shí)間多項(xiàng)Logit模型,并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定與有效性驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:所建模型可行且具有較高的預(yù)測(cè)精度和實(shí)用性;停車位緊張時(shí)使用者傾向迅速尋找到車位停車;停車位充裕時(shí)使用者愿意花費(fèi)更多的時(shí)間尋找滿意的車位,并且停車尋位的時(shí)間與停車時(shí)長(zhǎng)成正比。
[Abstract]:In order to study the general law of drivers' parking and locating behavior, 18 public parking lots in Xicheng District of Beijing were selected and their users were sampled. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the time of parking location, and finds out the length of parking time and the type of parking lot. Whether there is a guide or not and whether the parking lot is crowded has a significant effect on the location finding behavior. The characteristic variables that affect the parking location time are determined and a multi-item Logit model of the parking location time is established. The model is calibrated and validated. The results show that the model is feasible and has high prediction accuracy and practicability. When parking space is tight, users tend to find parking space quickly; When parking space is abundant, users are willing to spend more time looking for satisfactory parking space, and the time of parking location is proportional to the growth of parking time.
