【摘要】:隨著我國鐵路建設的大規(guī)模展開及技術標準的不斷提高,隧道長度在線路中所占比重也正逐漸增加,由于地質構造的特殊性和復雜性,往往會增大其施工難度。本文以石長鐵路增建第二線站前2標賀家灣隧道施工為背景,對隧道淺埋偏壓所出現(xiàn)的問題加以研究,提出了一些技術性的處理措施。該隧道位于湖南省益陽市桃江縣三官橋鎮(zhèn),隧道洞口段圍巖為全風化-強風化板巖,褐黃色,巖體破碎-極破碎,較松散,自穩(wěn)性差,且偏壓,覆蓋層薄,施工技術要求高,安全壓力大,本隧道為全長339米的單線鐵路隧道,三進三出,分三段明洞,三段暗洞和兩個斜切式洞門,設計從進口段進洞,由于進口段為挖方段,需進行石方爆破,工程量大,且離既有鐵路運營線僅35米,運營部門要求爆破施工必須在封鎖點內進行,每日施工時間僅有兩個小時,不能滿足工期要求。本隧道出口段39米外為新建拖木沖隧道,且已施工完畢,可直接利用相關設備和場地,經(jīng)綜合考慮,本著便于施工管理、節(jié)約成本、縮短工期的要求,經(jīng)與設計院溝通,決定選擇采用自出口端向進口端掘進的施工方案。本文重點對第三段(DK154+240-DK154+311)暗洞段進行施工技術及現(xiàn)場管理進行介紹。在施做了出口段洞頂截水溝、邊仰坡防護,進行暗洞掘進8米后,發(fā)現(xiàn)隧道從左側導向墻拱腳垂直至洞頂?shù)乇聿⒀囟错數(shù)乇硐蛐±锍萄由熘炼瓷碜髠忍幊霈F(xiàn)0.5-1.5cm的貫通裂縫,DK154+311-293段第一、第二板二襯混凝土出現(xiàn)橫向裂紋,暗洞段DK154+244處位置(還有4米就出洞)出現(xiàn)初支變形侵限以及塌方狀況,經(jīng)對其產(chǎn)生的原因進行分析并與設計探討,制定出比較可行的處治方案,通過施工實踐,有效解決了出現(xiàn)的問題,并及時消除了安全隱患,為今后類似工程的施工提供一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the expansion and technical standards of railway construction in our country continues to improve, the tunnel length accounted for in line proportion is gradually increased, because of the complexity and particularity of the geological structure, often increases the difficulty of construction. The second line railroad station 2 Jia Wan Tunnel Construction as the background, to study on the bias of shallow buried tunnel, some technical measures are put forward. The tunnel is located in the three county of Yiyang City, Hunan Province, Taojiang Town, tunnel surrounding rock is weathered strongly weathered slate, brown yellow, broken rock - breaking, loose, self stability is poor, and the bias voltage and the thin covering layer, construction technology requirements, safety pressure, single track railway tunnel in the tunnel for a total length of 339 meters, three three, paragraph three paragraph three Ming, dark hole and two oblique portal, design from the entrance into the hole, because the entrance to The excavation section, for rock blasting, large quantities, and from the existing railway line is only 35 meters, the operations department requirements of blasting construction must be carried out in the blockade, the construction time of only two hours a day, can not meet the project requirements. The tunnel 39 meters for the new drag muchong tunnel, and has the construction is completed, can be directly used for related equipment and facilities, after comprehensive consideration, with convenient construction management, save the cost, shorten the construction period, the communication with the Design Institute, decided to choose from the outlet to the inlet end of the tunnel construction scheme. This paper focus on the third segment (DK154+240-DK154+311) dark hole section of the construction technology and site management are introduced. The outlet section of roof drainage ditches in application, slope protection, dark tunnel excavation 8 meters, found the tunnel from the left guide wall to the roof and arch foot vertical surface to extend along the top surface to hole small mileage At the left side occurs through the cracks of 0.5-1.5cm and DK154+311-293 segment of the first, second and two lining concrete transverse cracks occur, the dark hole section of DK154+244 position (and 4 meters out of the hole) appear primary support deformation invading limit and collapse by the situation, the causes are analyzed and discussed and design, develop a treatment scheme comparison through construction practice, feasible and effective solution to the problems, and timely elimination of security risks, for the future construction of similar projects to provide some reference.
