    Technology for irregularly shaped castings in vertical centrifugal casting, including design principle and technology parameters, is described. The technology is applied for different cast steel parts effectively. As compared with gravity casting, the technology can increase casting yield by 15%～30%,improve the material properties obviously and decline product cost. The casting with non defect and high quality is made using the technology.
