【摘要】：當(dāng)前,鋁加工面臨著結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型、產(chǎn)品提升,新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料、新設(shè)備的研發(fā)與推廣應(yīng)用是鋁加工發(fā)展的首要任務(wù)。合理利用與配置資源,節(jié)能減排,簡(jiǎn)化工藝流程,開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品,穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高成品率,提高生產(chǎn)效率,降低成本等是創(chuàng)新的重點(diǎn)。對(duì)連續(xù)擠壓、有效摩擦反向擠壓、多坯料擠壓,真空/氣氛保護(hù)連鑄、半固態(tài)加工技術(shù)的研發(fā)與應(yīng)用作簡(jiǎn)要介紹。
[Abstract]:At present, aluminum processing is faced with structural transformation, product promotion, new technology, new materials, new equipment research and development and application is the primary task of aluminum processing development. Rational utilization and allocation of resources, energy saving and emission reduction, simplification of technological process, development of new products, stabilization of product quality, improvement of yield, improvement of production efficiency and reduction of costs are the key points of innovation. The research and application of continuous extrusion, effective friction reverse extrusion, multi-billet extrusion, vacuum / atmosphere protection continuous casting and semi-solid processing technology are briefly introduced.
