某數控機床在機檢測的搭建與研究

【摘要】:智能制造當今制造業(yè)的主旋律,其感知功能主要是通過檢測系統(tǒng)來實現的。在數控加工過程中構建在機檢測系統(tǒng)能大大提高零件的制造精度和效率,因此開展數控機床的在機檢測研究符合時代發(fā)展需求,具有廣泛的應用價值。通過研究某數控機床的HEIDENHAIN ITNC530數控系統(tǒng),搭建起該機床的在機檢測系統(tǒng);對系統(tǒng)中探測循環(huán)的工作原理和執(zhí)行過程進行了深入研究,進而實現在制造過程的自動對刀功能,從而大大縮短了零件的加工輔助時間,降低勞動強度,提高加工效率。
[Abstract]:Intelligent manufacturing is the main theme of manufacturing industry, and its perceptual function is mainly realized by detection system. In the process of NC machining, the in-machine detection system can greatly improve the manufacturing accuracy and efficiency of parts, so the in-machine detection research of CNC machine tools meets the needs of the development of the times and has a wide range of application value. By studying the HEIDENHAIN ITNC530 CNC system of a CNC machine tool, the in-machine detection system of the machine tool is built, and the working principle and execution process of the detection cycle in the system are deeply studied, and then the automatic tool alignment function in the manufacturing process is realized, which greatly shortens the machining auxiliary time of the parts, reduces the labor intensity and improves the machining efficiency.
