富Sb相對(duì)鋅合金在近中性和酸性溶液中耐蝕性的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)SEM、TEM和電化學(xué)測(cè)試方法研究了Zn-1.2Sb合金中富Sb相的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和電化學(xué)性質(zhì)。結(jié)果表明,Zn-1.2Sb合金中的富Sb第二相Sb∶Zn原子比約為2∶3,但其晶體結(jié)構(gòu)與Sb_2Zn_3不同。在不同的pH值環(huán)境中,電化學(xué)測(cè)試顯示富Sb相的電化學(xué)活性比Zn低。富Sb相對(duì)Zn耐蝕性的影響有明顯差異,在近中性0.1 mol/LNaCl(pH=6.5)溶液中,富Sb相對(duì)純Zn的腐蝕過(guò)程作用不明顯,對(duì)陽(yáng)極和陰極氧還原反應(yīng)均沒(méi)有顯著的促進(jìn)作用;在酸性0.1 mol/LNaCl(pH=3)溶液中,富Sb相顯著促進(jìn)陰極析氫反應(yīng),導(dǎo)致鋅合金耐蝕性能變差。
