【摘要】：基于經(jīng)典形核長大理論和Johnson-Mehl-Avrami方程,假定過飽和沉淀的球形第二相分子式為(M)1xM2vM31-x-v(C)yN1-y,采用平均擴(kuò)散速率表征合金原子對第二相形核長大過程影響的思想,建立了計算第二相析出-溫度-時間(PTT)曲線的模型�；贏drian模型提出計算多元系全固溶溫度的方法,針對Fe-0.09C-0.011Ti-0.03V-0.025Nb(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%)鋼計算得到的鐵素體區(qū)PTT曲線呈典型的"C"形,得到的最快析出溫度為628℃,其值與實驗結(jié)果吻合。本模型計算效率高,計算析出相體積自由能變化時無需求取復(fù)合相的溶解度公式;適用性高,適用于不同基體中不同類型析出相PTT曲線的計算。
[Abstract]:Based on the classical nucleation growth theory and Johnson-Mehl-Avrami equation, it is assumed that the spherical second phase molecular formula of supersaturated precipitation is (M) 1xM2vM31-x-v (C) yN1-y,. The average diffusion rate is used to characterize the influence of alloy atoms on the nucleation and growth process of the second phase. A model for calculating the second phase precipitation-temperature-time (PTT) curve is established. Based on the Adrian model, a method for calculating the total solid solution temperature of multicomponent system is proposed. The PTT curve of ferrite region obtained from the calculation of Fe-0.09C-0.011Ti-0.03V-0.025Nb (mass fraction,%) steel is in a typical "C" shape. The maximum precipitation temperature is 628 鈩，
