鋅合金壓鑄用二元復合水溶性鹽芯的制備與性能

【摘要】:針對復雜內腔鋅合金壓鑄件難清理及型芯強度要求高的問題,以高熔點鹽氯化鉀和低熔點鹽硝酸鉀組成混合鹽為制芯材料,采用熔融重力澆注工藝制備了高強度二元復合水溶性鹽芯.對比分析了氯化鉀鹽芯、硝酸鉀鹽芯和20%KCl-80%KNO3二元復合水溶性鹽芯的性能特征.采用掃描電鏡和X射線衍射等測試方法分析了水溶性鹽芯的微觀形貌與物相組成.研究結果表明:與單質鹽芯相比,二元復合鹽芯綜合性能更佳,其表面基本無裂紋與褶皺,抗彎強度可達21.2 MPa,24 h吸濕率為0.568%,80℃的水溶速率可達208.63 kg·min-1·m-3.復合鹽芯在裂紋擴展時走向發(fā)生了偏轉,這是復合鹽芯抗彎強度提高的主要原因.
[Abstract]:The high-strength binary composite water-soluble salt core is prepared by using the high-melting-point salt potassium chloride and the low-melting-point salt potassium nitrate as the core-making material, aiming at the problems of difficult cleaning of the complex inner-cavity zinc alloy die casting and high strength requirements of the core-shaped core. The performance characteristics of potassium chloride salt core, potassium nitrate salt core and 20% KCl-80% KNO3 binary composite water-soluble salt core were compared and analyzed. The micro-morphology and phase composition of the water-soluble salt core were analyzed by means of SEM and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the binary composite salt core is better than that of the elemental salt core. The surface is free of cracks and folds, the bending strength can reach 21.2 MPa, the moisture absorption rate of 24h is 0.568%, and the water-soluble rate of 80 鈩,
