固溶處理對7075鋁合金組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:采用金相顯微鏡、SEM及能譜分析、萬能拉伸試驗機和顯微硬度計等手段,研究了固溶溫度和固溶時間對7075鋁合金組織及力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨固溶溫度(450~490℃)的升高和固溶時間(20~120min)的延長,組織中粗大第二相以AlZnMgCuFe相和Si-O相為主,且數(shù)量和尺寸均逐漸減少;合金的抗拉強度、屈服強度、伸長率和顯微硬度均呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小的趨勢。固溶溫度過低或時間太短均會導(dǎo)致固溶不充分;固溶溫度過高或時間過長,晶粒不僅產(chǎn)生長大現(xiàn)象,甚至可能發(fā)生過燒。7075鋁合金的固溶處理工藝為(470±5)℃×60min時,抗拉強度、屈服強度、伸長率和顯微硬度(HV)分別達到635 MPa、560 MPa、13.5%和205.6,綜合性能較好。
