奧氏體形變對50CrV4鋼相變行為的影響

【摘要】:利用Thermecmastor-Z型熱模擬試驗機,結(jié)合金相顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、維氏硬度計等,系統(tǒng)研究了奧氏體區(qū)變形對50CrV4鋼連續(xù)冷卻相變和等溫相變規(guī)律的影響。建立了試驗鋼動態(tài)CCT曲線。研究結(jié)果表明,奧氏體變形能促進連續(xù)冷卻轉(zhuǎn)變過程中鐵素體-珠光體、貝氏體轉(zhuǎn)變,但亦可提高奧氏體的機械穩(wěn)定性,進而抑制馬氏體轉(zhuǎn)變,Ms點由331.6℃(奧氏體未變形)降低至291℃(950℃下變形50%+890℃下變形50%,變形速率均為5s-1,變形后冷速為20℃/s)。當軋后冷速小于0.5℃/s時,試驗鋼中可獲得鐵素體+珠光體組織。此外,在研究不同變形量對試驗鋼等溫相變規(guī)律影響時發(fā)現(xiàn),650℃等溫時,試驗鋼中發(fā)生鐵素體-珠光體相變。隨著變形量的增加(由30%增加至50%),其等溫相變動力學加快(相變完成時間由197.6s減小至136.5s),鐵素體體晶粒尺寸、珠光體片層間距減小,硬度增加。
[Abstract]:The effect of austenite deformation on the continuous cooling transformation and isothermal phase transformation of 50CrV4 steel was systematically studied by means of Thermecmastor- Z thermal simulator and (SEM), Vickers hardness tester under (OM), scanning electron microscope. The dynamic CCT curve of the test steel was established. The results show that austenite deformation can promote the transformation of ferrite-pearlite and bainite in the process of continuous cooling transformation, but it can also improve the mechanical stability of austenite and thus inhibit the martensitic transformation.
