熱處理銅鋁復(fù)合板界面厚度關(guān)系模型的建立

【摘要】:研究了退火工藝參數(shù)與銅鋁復(fù)合板界面層厚度的關(guān)系。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),退火溫度越高,退火時(shí)間越長,銅鋁復(fù)合板界面層的厚度越大。在相同加熱溫度下,剝離強(qiáng)度均隨著時(shí)間的延長而呈現(xiàn)出先增加后降低的趨勢,退火溫度越低,出現(xiàn)剝離強(qiáng)度最高值所需的時(shí)間越長。剝離強(qiáng)度與擴(kuò)散過程中界面處的擴(kuò)散運(yùn)動(dòng)有關(guān)。通過擬合銅鋁復(fù)合板擴(kuò)散層厚度與剝離強(qiáng)度,得到了剝離強(qiáng)度與擴(kuò)散層厚度的關(guān)系,并給出剝離強(qiáng)度與熱處理關(guān)系模型。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the annealing process parameters and the interfacial layer thickness of the copper-aluminum composite board was studied. The result shows that the higher the annealing temperature, the longer the annealing time, the greater the thickness of the interface layer of the copper-aluminum composite board. At the same heating temperature, the peel strength exhibited a tendency to decrease with time, and the lower the annealing temperature, the longer the time required for the highest peel strength. The peel strength is related to the diffusion motion at the interface in the diffusion process. The relationship between the peel strength and the thickness of the diffusion layer was obtained by fitting the thickness and the peel strength of the diffusion layer of the copper-aluminum composite board, and the relationship between the peel strength and the heat treatment was given.
