微量鈰對7136鋁合金微觀組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:在7136鋁合金中添加微量Ce,通過金相分析、力學(xué)性能測定、掃描電鏡等分析手段,研究了添加Ce后7136鋁合金鑄態(tài)組織的變化、成分分布和力學(xué)性能影響。結(jié)果表明:添加微量Ce后,由于溶質(zhì)再分配,Ce元素富集在固液界面前沿,出現(xiàn)成分過冷,造成枝晶縮頸、熔斷,結(jié)晶核心增多,促進了形核率,使晶粒細化;使合金元素Zn,Mg,Cu分布更加均勻,晶粒細小,尤其是Mg,作用明顯;能夠提高硬化速率、縮短時效時間,改變合金的斷裂形式,提高合金的綜合性能。
[Abstract]:By means of metallographic analysis, mechanical properties and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the as-cast microstructure, composition distribution and mechanical properties of 7136 aluminum alloy added with 7136 aluminum alloy were studied by means of metallographic analysis, mechanical property measurement and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that due to the redistribution of solute, Ce element is enriched in the front of solid-liquid interface with the addition of micro-Ce, which results in the shrinkage of dendrite neck, the melting break and the increase of crystallization core, which promotes the nucleation rate and refines the grain size. The Zn,Mg,Cu distribution of the alloy element is more uniform and the grain size is fine, especially the effect of Mg, is obvious, which can improve the hardening rate, shorten the aging time, change the fracture form of the alloy and improve the comprehensive properties of the alloy.
