【摘要】：針對鎂合金熱軋制工藝,通過協(xié)調(diào)有限元分析結(jié)果及物理試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),提出一種關(guān)于熱軋制接觸摩擦因子的確定方法,耦合多軋制工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)一步擬合出其求解關(guān)系式,工藝參數(shù)包括:軋制溫度,軋制速度以及壓下率。在之前對AZ31B鎂合金板材軋制過程軋制力預(yù)報(bào)模型及溫度場數(shù)學(xué)模型建立研究的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮接觸單位壓力及摩擦應(yīng)力兩方面因素的作用,對前期軋制力預(yù)報(bào)模型進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化重構(gòu),經(jīng)確定接觸摩擦作用到軋輥的壓力約占整體軋制力的4.36%。
[Abstract]:According to the hot rolling process of magnesium alloy, a method for determining contact friction factor of hot rolling process is proposed by coordinating the results of finite element analysis and physical test data. Process parameters include: rolling temperature, rolling speed and reduction rate. Based on the previous research on the prediction model of rolling force and the mathematical model of temperature field in the rolling process of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet, two factors such as contact unit pressure and friction stress are considered synthetically. The prediction model of pre-rolling force is optimized and reconstructed. It is determined that the pressure of the roll due to contact friction is about 4.36% of the total rolling force.
