擠壓態(tài)AZ31鎂合金恒溫超塑性固態(tài)焊接研究

【摘要】:對AZ31鎂合金進(jìn)行了恒溫超塑性壓縮和恒溫超塑性固態(tài)焊接試驗,研究了AZ31鎂合金在大氣環(huán)境下恒溫超塑性固態(tài)焊接可行的工藝參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:溫度對恒溫超塑性固態(tài)焊接接頭強(qiáng)度影響較大,時間的影響其次,應(yīng)變速率的影響相對較小。恒溫超塑性固態(tài)焊接過程中組織發(fā)生了動態(tài)再結(jié)晶,并能在更省能源、省時間的條件下,達(dá)到與擴(kuò)散焊相當(dāng)?shù)慕宇^剪切強(qiáng)度。在預(yù)壓應(yīng)力30 MPa、焊接溫度450℃、應(yīng)變速率為1×10~(-4) s~(-1)的條件下,經(jīng)13 min壓接,可實現(xiàn)AZ31鎂合金的超塑性連接,剪切強(qiáng)度達(dá)到42.08 MPa。
[Abstract]:Constant temperature superplastic compression and constant temperature superplastic solid state welding experiments were carried out on AZ31 magnesium alloy. The feasible process parameters of AZ31 magnesium alloy in atmospheric environment were studied. The results show that the influence of temperature on the strength of superplastic solid-state welded joints at constant temperature is greater than that of time and the effect of strain rate is relatively small. Dynamic recrystallization occurs in the process of superplastic solid-state welding at constant temperature, and the shear strength of the joint can reach the equivalent of diffusion welding under the condition of saving energy and time.
