噴射成形Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金回歸再時(shí)效過(guò)程的XRD分析

【摘要】:采用拉伸測(cè)試、電導(dǎo)率測(cè)量,X射線衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)分析以及點(diǎn)陣常數(shù)測(cè)量等方法對(duì)噴射成形7075鋁合金回歸過(guò)程中的拉伸性能、導(dǎo)電性能以及溶質(zhì)元素與強(qiáng)化析出相的析出程度和演變過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明,在回歸再時(shí)效處理過(guò)程中,采用合適的回歸溫度與時(shí)間,可有效改善合金的力學(xué)和導(dǎo)電性能。經(jīng)120℃預(yù)時(shí)效16 h后的噴射成形7075鋁合金,通過(guò)200℃高溫回歸8 min及再時(shí)效處理,其抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、伸長(zhǎng)率和電導(dǎo)率分別為791 MPa、736 MPa、8.5%和22.6 MS/m,合金綜合性能良好。通過(guò)XRD分析及α-Al基體晶格常數(shù)的精確測(cè)量,能更好地表征溶質(zhì)元素與析出相的回溶和析出,以及回歸與再時(shí)效后析出相的回溶和析出程度,指導(dǎo)7075合金回歸處理制度的優(yōu)化和選擇。
[Abstract]:Tensile properties of 7075 aluminum alloy during spray forming were studied by tensile test, conductivity measurement, X-ray diffraction (X-ray diffraction,XRD) analysis and lattice constant measurement. The electrical conductivity, the precipitation degree and evolution process of solute elements and enhanced precipitates were studied. The results show that the mechanical and electrical properties of the alloy can be effectively improved by using the appropriate regression temperature and time during the regression reaging treatment.
