TC4-DT鈦合金材料動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能及其本構(gòu)模型

【摘要】:利用同步組裝的高溫分離式Hopkinson壓桿試驗(yàn)裝置,對(duì)TC4-DT鈦合金材料分別進(jìn)行了常溫下不同應(yīng)變率(930~9700s-1)和應(yīng)變率為5000s-1時(shí)不同溫度下(20~800℃)的動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能測(cè)試,獲得了各種沖擊載荷下的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線。試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,TC4-DT材料具有應(yīng)變率增塑效應(yīng)且存在著臨界應(yīng)變率值,當(dāng)應(yīng)變率高于此值時(shí)應(yīng)變率敏感性增強(qiáng)明顯,此外隨著材料加熱溫度的升高,軟化效應(yīng)減弱。利用試驗(yàn)所得的數(shù)據(jù)擬合了基于Power-Law和Johnson-Cook兩種熱-黏塑性本構(gòu)方程且獲得這兩種動(dòng)態(tài)本構(gòu)模型參數(shù),并將所得的兩種擬合曲線與試驗(yàn)所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明兩曲線吻合度都較好,此外還對(duì)這兩種曲線的擬合精度進(jìn)行對(duì)比,對(duì)比結(jié)果表明兩種模型的擬合誤差相差不大,但是Power-Law模型擬合精度要略優(yōu)于Johnson-Cook模型的擬合精度。
