通風槽鋼切斷彎形工藝改進研究

【摘要】:介紹了發(fā)電機定子鐵心用通風槽鋼生產工藝,針對通風槽鋼切斷和彎形工序,設計了一種新型的切斷彎形工藝,在一副模具上同時完成切斷、彎形、整形3道工序。在分析槽鋼切斷彎形特點及其變形規(guī)律的基礎上,對槽鋼成型過程做出合理簡化,建立分析模型,利用有限元軟件對槽鋼切斷彎形進行了三維有限元數值模擬分析,得出了槽鋼在成形過程中的幾何變形情況。對不同沖頭形狀進行了對比分析,并在實際生產中很好的控制了槽鋼切斷后存在的塌肩、毛刺等缺陷。
[Abstract]:The production process of ventilated channel steel for stator core of generator is introduced. A new type of cutting and bending process is designed aiming at the cutting and bending process of ventilated channel steel. Three processes of cutting, bending and shaping are carried out simultaneously on a set of dies. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of channel cutting bending and its deformation law, the forming process of channel steel is reasonably simplified, the analysis model is established, and the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation of channel steel cutting bending is carried out by using finite element software. The geometric deformation of channel steel in forming process is obtained. The different punch shapes are compared and analyzed, and the defects such as shoulder sloughing and burr are well controlled in actual production.
