基于ProCast鋁合金電機(jī)殼擠壓鑄造工藝設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)使用常規(guī)鑄造工藝制造的新能源汽車電機(jī)殼出現(xiàn)縮松縮孔、氣密性合格率低的問(wèn)題,應(yīng)用數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)對(duì)電機(jī)殼的擠壓鑄造工藝進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)對(duì)鑄造充型、凝固過(guò)程進(jìn)行模擬仿真,驗(yàn)證工藝設(shè)計(jì)的合理性,并結(jié)合單一變量法研究澆注溫度、模具溫度、比壓等工藝參數(shù)對(duì)縮松縮孔的影響。最終確定最佳工藝參數(shù)為澆注溫度680℃,模具溫度280℃,比壓110 MPa、壓射速度0.1 m/s、保壓30 s。在此參數(shù)下結(jié)合局部加壓裝置可以消除鑄件的縮松縮孔,得到的鑄件性能優(yōu)良,氣密性合格率達(dá)到88%。
