變厚度軋制過渡區(qū)的數(shù)學(xué)模型
[Abstract]:In order to accurately control the shape and size of rolling in the transition zone with variable thickness, this paper presents four types of transition zones, establishes the mathematical models of the curves of the four types of transition zones, and analyzes the motion track of the roll center in the rolling process of the transition zone of the different thickness plate. The matching relationship between the horizontal velocity at the outlet of rolling piece and the vertical rolling speed in the transition zone is established. The differential thick plate with linear leading transition zone is used in the manufacture of SAIC automobile dashboard steel pipe, and good weight reduction effect is obtained. According to the theory and method given in this paper, the thickness of transition zone is controlled. In fact, the measured thickness is in good agreement with the set value, and the maximum deviation is 0.056 mm, and the standard deviation is 0.014 mm.. The results provide a reference for speeding up the application of domestic differential thickness plate in automobile lightweight.
