2209和2507雙相不銹鋼堆焊層組織結(jié)構(gòu)及耐蝕性對比

【摘要】:利用光學(xué)顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀、掃描電子顯微鏡和能譜儀等,對2209和2507雙相不銹鋼FCAW堆焊層焊態(tài)、退火態(tài)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和耐蝕性進(jìn)行對比研究。結(jié)果表明:兩種堆焊層焊態(tài)時(shí)均主要由鐵素體α和魏氏體狀奧氏體γ組成,在α晶內(nèi)及α/γ界面處存在少量細(xì)條狀的二次奧氏體γ_2,在α/γ、α/α界面處還存在極少量的點(diǎn)狀σ相;兩種堆焊層經(jīng)690℃×8 h退火后,σ相和γ_2均明顯增多。兩種堆焊層焊態(tài)的耐蝕性均合格,且2507型堆焊層的耐蝕性優(yōu)于2209型堆焊層;而兩種堆焊層退火態(tài)的耐蝕性均急劇下降、嚴(yán)重不合格,這主要是由于退火過程中堆焊層內(nèi)析出大量σ相和γ_2所致。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and corrosion resistance of FCAW surfacing layer of 2209 and 2507 duplex stainless steel were studied by means of optical microscope, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer. The results show that the two kinds of surfacing layers are mainly composed of ferrite 偽 and ferrite austenite 緯, and there are a small amount of fine secondary austenite 緯 _ 2 in 偽 -crystal and 偽 / 緯 interface, and 偽 / 緯, respectively. At the 偽 / 偽 interface, a very small number of point 蟽 phases also exist. After annealing at 690 鈩,
