基于電壓輸出波形分析的鎂合金微弧氧化負(fù)載特性的研究

【摘要】:本文使用單極性脈沖電源在頻率600Hz、占空比30%、正負(fù)脈沖比1:0的參數(shù)下使用硅酸鹽體系電解質(zhì)溶液進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),用LCR測(cè)試儀測(cè)量不同階段微弧氧化負(fù)載的等效阻抗、電阻、電容值,研究了不同面積下負(fù)載電特性的變化規(guī)律及不同電特性對(duì)電壓波形的影響,建立了不同階段的負(fù)載等效電路并利用Multisim軟件進(jìn)行了仿真分析,以驗(yàn)證模型的正確性。通過(guò)測(cè)量負(fù)載電特性發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著電壓的升高負(fù)載的等效阻抗和電阻增大、電容減小,在起弧電壓之前阻抗、電阻和電容的變化速率較快,由于在陽(yáng)極氧化階段生成的致密氧化膜層對(duì)電流的阻礙作用較強(qiáng),微弧氧化階段后生成的氧化膜層較疏松對(duì)電流的阻礙作用較小;由于面積的增大相當(dāng)于增加了陽(yáng)極的導(dǎo)電面積及等效電容兩極板的相對(duì)面積,所以相同的電壓下負(fù)載的面積越大等效阻抗和電阻越小、電容越大。隨著微弧氧化的進(jìn)行,負(fù)載的電特性不斷地在發(fā)生變化,這種變化改變了電壓波形特性。通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),負(fù)載的面積較小時(shí),電壓低于起弧電壓時(shí),電壓波形趨于直流電壓;電壓高于起弧電壓后,電壓波形呈現(xiàn)出放電效應(yīng);隨著負(fù)載面積逐漸增大,在起弧電壓之前,電壓波形就出現(xiàn)了放電效應(yīng)。本文分析了不同階段、不同面積時(shí)波形不同的原因,認(rèn)為上述不同表象,是由于負(fù)載電特性和微弧放電通道數(shù)量不同而產(chǎn)生。通過(guò)波形分析,建立了兩個(gè)階段的負(fù)載電路模型,即起弧之前為RC串聯(lián)電路、起弧之后為RC并聯(lián)后再串聯(lián)一個(gè)電阻R1的電路等效模型,應(yīng)用Multisim軟件仿真該模型對(duì)脈沖信號(hào)的響應(yīng)輸出,對(duì)比實(shí)際采集的波形和模型輸出波形,二者一致,因此可以證明該模型可應(yīng)用于微弧氧化負(fù)載分析,為今后微弧氧化負(fù)載特性的深入研究提供理論模型。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a unipolar pulse power supply with a frequency of 600 Hz, a duty cycle of 30 and a positive and negative pulse ratio of 1:0 is used to carry out experiments with silicate electrolyte solution. The equivalent impedance and resistance of the micro-arc oxidation load at different stages are measured by LCR. The capacitance value, the change rule of load electric characteristic under different area and the influence of different electric characteristic on voltage waveform are studied, the equivalent circuit of load at different stage is established and the simulation analysis is carried out by Multisim software to verify the correctness of the model. By measuring the electrical properties of the load, it is found that with the increase of the voltage, the equivalent impedance and resistance of the load increase, the capacitance decreases, and the impedance, resistance and capacitance change faster before the starting voltage. Because the dense oxide film formed in anodic oxidation stage has a stronger hindering effect on the current, the oxide film formed after the micro-arc oxidation stage has less hindering effect on the current than that on the loose one. Because the increase of the area is equivalent to the increase of the conductive area of the anode and the relative area of the bipolar plate of the equivalent capacitance, the larger the area of the load under the same voltage, the smaller the equivalent impedance and resistance, the larger the capacitance. With the development of micro-arc oxidation, the electrical characteristics of the load are constantly changing, which changes the characteristics of the voltage waveform. It is found that when the load area is small and the voltage is lower than the starting voltage, the voltage waveform tends to DC voltage, and when the voltage is higher than the starting voltage, the voltage waveform shows discharge effect. As the load area increases gradually, the discharge effect of voltage waveform appears before the arcing voltage. In this paper, the reasons for the different waveforms in different phases and different areas are analyzed. It is considered that the above different representations are due to the different electrical characteristics of the load and the number of micro-arc discharge channels. Through waveform analysis, a two-stage load circuit model is established, that is, the circuit equivalent model of RC series circuit before arc start and RC parallel connection and then a series resistance R1 after arc start. Multisim software is used to simulate the response output of the model to the pulse signal. The comparison between the actual collected waveform and the model output waveform shows that the model can be applied to the load analysis of micro-arc oxidation. It provides a theoretical model for the further study of load characteristics of micro-arc oxidation.
