基于有限元的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)連桿襯套溫?cái)D壓工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:以錫青銅連桿襯套為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)Deform-3D軟件進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬。利用單一因素工藝參數(shù)試驗(yàn)法和正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)化試驗(yàn)方法對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)連桿襯套的溫?cái)D壓過(guò)程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬分析,得到了摩擦因數(shù)、溫?cái)D壓速度、溫?cái)D壓溫度等參數(shù)在溫?cái)D壓過(guò)程中對(duì)擠壓力、損傷值的影響規(guī)律和顯著性影響。利用極差分析得到了兩組最優(yōu)的溫?cái)D壓工藝參數(shù),并通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬兩組較優(yōu)解對(duì)擠壓力、損傷值的影響規(guī)律的對(duì)比,最終得到一組最優(yōu)解,即摩擦因數(shù)為0.1、溫?cái)D壓速度為5 mm·s-1、溫?cái)D壓溫度為700℃。根據(jù)連桿襯套溫?cái)D壓試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了使用優(yōu)化后的工藝參數(shù)能夠制造出表面質(zhì)量高的成形件。
[Abstract]:The tin bronze connecting rod bushing was numerically simulated by Deform-3D software. The temperature extrusion process of engine connecting rod bushing was simulated and analyzed by single factor process parameter test method and orthogonal test optimization test method. The friction coefficient and temperature extrusion speed were obtained. The influence of temperature and other parameters on the extrusion force and damage value in the process of warm extrusion is significant. By means of range analysis, two groups of optimal warm extrusion process parameters are obtained. By comparing the effects of two groups of optimal solutions on extrusion pressure and damage value, a group of optimal solutions, that is, friction coefficient of 0.1, is obtained.
