高鉛青銅摩擦環(huán)的工藝設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:分析了摩擦環(huán)鑄件材料的特性,研究了澆注溫度和冷卻條件對(duì)鉛偏析的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:低溫快澆和強(qiáng)制水冷可以抑制了鉛的偏析,獲得均勻細(xì)小的鉛相彌散分布于銅基體中。依據(jù)本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果設(shè)計(jì)的工藝方案,可生產(chǎn)出合格的摩擦環(huán)鑄件。
[Abstract]:The properties of friction ring castings were analyzed and the effects of pouring temperature and cooling conditions on lead segregation were studied. The experimental results show that the segregation of lead can be restrained by low temperature rapid pouring and forced water cooling, and the uniform and fine lead phase can be dispersed in copper matrix. The qualified friction ring castings can be produced according to the technological scheme designed by the test results.
