鋁合金高效節(jié)能微弧氧化的研究進展(英文)

【摘要】:為增強合金的摩擦腐蝕性能,減小微弧氧化能量損耗,研究了電壓控制模式下各種工業(yè)用變形、重力鑄造和流變鑄造鋁合金微弧氧化涂層。結果表明:采用傳統多孔陽極膜前驅體,減小了微弧氧化能量損耗至50%;添加α-Al2O3粒子的微弧氧化涂層后,6082合金的磨損比電解硬鉻的低2倍。通過使用前驅體和疏水后處理,提高了包覆微弧氧化涂層A356合金的長期耐蝕性。
[Abstract]:In order to enhance the friction corrosion performance of the alloy and reduce the energy loss of micro-arc oxidation, various industrial deformation, gravity casting and rheological casting microarc oxidation coatings for aluminum alloy under voltage control mode were studied. The results show that the energy loss of microarc oxidation is reduced to 50 by using the traditional porous anodic film precursor, and the wear of 6082 alloy is 2 times lower than that of electrolytic hard chromium after the addition of 偽-Al2O3 particles. The corrosion resistance of A356 alloy coated with micro-arc oxidation coating was improved by using precursor and hydrophobic post-treatment.
