2A12鋁合金的熱壓縮行為及熱加工圖

【摘要】:采用Gleeble-1500熱模擬試驗機對2A12鋁合金進行了單向熱壓縮變形試驗,研究了其在變形溫度為320~480℃,應變速率為0.0003~1 s~(-1)條件下的熱變形行為,建立了基于動態(tài)材料模型的功率耗散效率因子η圖,并對熱加工圖進行了組織驗證。結果表明:合金的流變應力隨著變形溫度的升高和應變速率的降低而降低,在高溫區(qū)變形機制為動態(tài)回復,在低溫區(qū)變形機制為動態(tài)再結晶,主要與合金變形過程中的析出相有關;隨著應變量的增大,峰區(qū)的η值逐漸升高;當真應變?yōu)?.2時,在變形溫度為440℃,應變速率為0.1 s~(-1)時,η達到峰值且為48%,合金發(fā)生了動態(tài)再結晶,晶粒細化且無內裂紋。該結果為2A12鋁合金實際熱加工工藝的優(yōu)化提供了理論依據(jù)。
