    前言：鑄件內(nèi)在質(zhì)量很大程度上取決于鑄件的充型和凝固過(guò)程。將計(jì)算流體力學(xué)、計(jì)算傳熱傳質(zhì)學(xué)和計(jì)算機(jī)可視化技術(shù)應(yīng)用于鑄造工藝設(shè)計(jì) ,可以使鑄造技術(shù)人員更清楚地了解鑄件形成過(guò)程 ,快捷地確定較為合理的鑄造工藝參數(shù)。本文對(duì)鑄件充型和凝固過(guò)程的數(shù)學(xué)模型、計(jì)算方法及商品化軟件方面的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)述 ,并展望了該領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展前景。
