熱處理對(duì)AlCrFeNiTi高熵合金組織和硬度的影響

【摘要】:在氬氣保護(hù)下用真空電弧爐制備了AlCrFeNiTi高熵合金,采用X射線衍射儀、金相顯微鏡和維氏硬度計(jì)等研究了加熱溫度、保溫時(shí)間和冷卻方式對(duì)AlCrFeNiTi高熵合金組織和硬度的影響。結(jié)果表明,鑄態(tài)AlCrFeNiTi高熵合金由兩個(gè)體心立方結(jié)構(gòu)固溶體構(gòu)成,形成了由枝晶、枝晶間和α+β共晶組織組成的典型高熵合金枝晶組織。隨著加熱溫度的升高,合金枝晶相先粗化,當(dāng)溫度升至900℃時(shí)再細(xì)化;隨著保溫時(shí)間增加和冷卻速度減慢,枝晶組織和共晶組織均粗化,而合金硬度呈上升趨勢。合金經(jīng)過熱處理后的硬度取決于枝晶相含量和形貌,在高速冷卻方式下殘余內(nèi)應(yīng)力對(duì)合金的硬度也起關(guān)鍵作用。
[Abstract]:AlCrFeNiTi high entropy alloy was prepared by vacuum arc furnace under argon protection. The effects of heating temperature, holding time and cooling mode on the microstructure and hardness of AlCrFeNiTi high entropy alloy were studied by X-ray diffractometer, metallographic microscope and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that the as-cast AlCrFeNiTi high entropy alloy is composed of two solid solutions with a body-centered cubic structure, forming a typical high-entropy alloy dendritic structure consisting of dendrite, interdendritic and 偽 尾 eutectic structure.
