基于磁記憶梯度張量信號的缺陷二維反演研究

【摘要】:金屬磁記憶檢測技術是一種能對鐵磁材料早期微觀損傷及應力集中進行有效診斷的無損檢測方法,針對二維反演方法難以準確得到缺陷分布的問題,提出了磁記憶梯度張量分析方法。分析磁梯度張量的測量要素,設計了磁記憶梯度張量信號測量方案;將磁記憶信號水平梯度模量作為缺陷邊界反演的特征量,通過水平梯度模量的極大值位置來確定缺陷的邊界及分布。裂紋二維反演實驗結(jié)果表明,該方法不受檢測方向影響,可對缺陷二維分布進行準確反演。
[Abstract]:Metal magnetic memory detection is a kind of nondestructive testing method which can diagnose the early microscopic damage and stress concentration of ferromagnetic materials effectively. In view of the problem that the two-dimensional inversion method is difficult to accurately obtain the defect distribution, A magnetic memory gradient Zhang Liang analysis method is proposed. This paper analyzes the measuring elements of magnetic gradient Zhang Liang, designs the measuring scheme of magnetic memory gradient Zhang Liang signal, takes the horizontal gradient modulus of magnetic memory signal as the characteristic quantity of defect boundary inversion, The boundary and distribution of defects are determined by the maximum position of horizontal gradient modulus. The experimental results of two-dimensional crack inversion show that the method is independent of the direction of detection and can accurately inverse the two-dimensional distribution of defects.
