【摘要】：在Gleeble-3500熱力模擬試驗機上對噴射成形7055鋁合金進行了等軸壓縮試驗,基于動態(tài)材料模型DMM繪制了合金的熱加工圖,確定了7055鋁合金一定應(yīng)變下的"安全區(qū)"和"非安全區(qū)"。結(jié)果表明:在試驗條件下,應(yīng)變量為0.3和0.6的熱加工圖變化不顯著,流變失穩(wěn)區(qū)所對應(yīng)的功率耗散效率迅速下降。當(dāng)應(yīng)變量為0.6時,適宜的加工參數(shù)為395~450℃和0.006~0.082 s~(-1),此時變形組織中發(fā)生動態(tài)再結(jié)晶;不宜進行加工的區(qū)間為350~450℃和0.22~5 s~(-1),該區(qū)間下變形組織易產(chǎn)生絕熱剪切帶,應(yīng)當(dāng)規(guī)避。
[Abstract]:The isoaxial compression test of spray formed 7055 aluminum alloy was carried out on the Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine. The hot working diagram of the alloy was drawn based on the dynamic material model DMM, and the "safe zone" and "no safe zone" of 7055 aluminum alloy under certain strain were determined. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the change of the hot working diagram with the strain of 0.3 and 0.6 is not significant, and the power dissipation efficiency corresponding to the rheological instability region decreases rapidly.
