【摘要】：針對(duì)渦旋式壓縮機(jī)花盤在溫鍛成形過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的內(nèi)壁開裂現(xiàn)象,對(duì)原成形工藝進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,研究了終鍛成形中的裂紋形成機(jī)理,并發(fā)現(xiàn)損傷值達(dá)到1.28。為了消除花盤側(cè)壁開裂問(wèn)題,提出在原工藝基礎(chǔ)上改變毛坯形狀,以提高金屬流動(dòng)的合理性,使鍛件材料填充良好,變形均勻。通過(guò)對(duì)具有不同形狀的毛坯成形過(guò)程的對(duì)比分析,給出了最優(yōu)的毛坯形狀:增大預(yù)鍛件凹口深度,采用階梯狀凹口,針對(duì)外壁的截面形狀,將原有的階梯狀改為圓弧狀。采用改進(jìn)的方案溫鍛花盤時(shí),裂紋發(fā)生處的損傷值明顯降低,僅有0.732,裂紋消失,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)都達(dá)到技術(shù)要求。改進(jìn)后渦旋式壓縮機(jī)花盤的成品率達(dá)到100%。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon of inner wall cracking in the plate of scroll compressor during warm forging, the original forming process was numerically simulated, and the mechanism of crack formation in the final forging was studied, and the damage value was found to be 1.28. In order to eliminate the side wall cracking of the disk, it is proposed that the blank shape should be changed on the basis of the original process to improve the rationality of metal flow, and make the forging material fill well and the deformation be uniform. By comparing and analyzing the forming process of the blank with different shapes, the optimum blank shape is given: increasing the depth of the notch of the preforgings, adopting the step notch, and changing the original step shape to the arc shape according to the section shape of the outer wall. With the improved scheme, the damage value of the crack is reduced obviously, only 0.732, the crack disappears, and all the indexes meet the technical requirements. The finished product rate of the improved scroll compressor plate reaches 100%.
