AZ31鎂合金鹽浴滲鋁改善耐蝕性機(jī)制分析

【摘要】:采用真空熱擴(kuò)散滲鋁的方法對(duì)AZ31鎂合金進(jìn)行表面合金化處理,在不同參數(shù)下得到厚度不一的滲鋁層,對(duì)滲層的顯微組織、物相組成進(jìn)行了分析,并分析了滲鋁試樣的耐腐蝕性能和顯微硬度.繪制了AZ31鎂合金基體以及經(jīng)過(guò)400℃擴(kuò)散滲鋁4 h后的試樣的極化曲線.結(jié)果表明,滲層主要由Mg17Al12,Mg3Al2和α-Mg等組成,滲層厚度隨擴(kuò)散溫度提高而增加,400℃恒溫?zé)釘U(kuò)散4 h時(shí),在基體表面獲得了連續(xù)且均勻細(xì)密的滲鋁層,顯微硬度值從基體的53 HV提高到80~85 HV,同時(shí),該方法使得鎂合金的自腐蝕電位提高了約105 m V,而鎂合金的自腐蝕電流密度降低了一個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),這表征著鎂合金的耐蝕性能得到提高.
[Abstract]:The surface alloying of AZ31 magnesium alloy was carried out by vacuum thermal diffusion aluminizing. The aluminizing layer with different thickness was obtained under different parameters. The microstructure and phase composition of the layer were analyzed.
