時效工藝對AerMet100鋼強韌性能的影響

【摘要】:采用正常時效、預時效+正常時效、雙時效等多種時效工藝對熱鍛后的Aer Met100鋼進行熱處理,研究時效工藝對Aer Met100鋼回火組織及力學性能的影響。結果表明:正常時效處理后Aer Met100鋼的抗拉強度較高(1978 MPa),但是沖擊韌性較低(沖擊功74J);雙時效處理后沖擊韌性較高(沖擊功102J),但是抗拉強度較低(1662 MPa);經(jīng)過預時效+正常時效(510℃×30 min,+482℃×5 h)處理得到優(yōu)良的強韌性能,其抗拉強度為1946 MPa,沖擊功為104 J。強韌性提高的原因是:510℃預時效促進了C原子擴散,提高了膜狀逆轉奧氏體含量及其穩(wěn)定性,有利于韌性的改善;同時,預時效保溫時間短(≤30 min),析出相M2C未與基體脫離共格關系,析出的強化作用提高了強度。
[Abstract]:The effect of aging process on the tempering microstructure and mechanical properties of Aer Met100 steel after hot forging was studied by using various aging processes such as normal aging, preaging normal aging, double aging and so on.
