鋁合金罐體低壓鑄造工藝研究與分析

【摘要】:大型鋁合金罐體由于體積大、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、凝固時(shí)間長,澆注時(shí)容易出現(xiàn)縮孔、縮松等缺陷。通過ProCAST軟件對罐體鑄造過程流場和溫度場進(jìn)行模擬分析,預(yù)測缺陷形成的區(qū)域。根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果,在產(chǎn)生缺陷區(qū)域安放冷鐵能起到強(qiáng)制冷卻作用,改善了鑄件的溫度場,使鑄件符合順序凝固的原則,有效地消除了鑄件的縮松缺陷,經(jīng)X射線檢測合格。
[Abstract]:Because of its large volume, complex structure and long solidification time, large aluminum alloy tank is prone to shrinkage and porosity. The flow field and temperature field of tank casting process were simulated and analyzed by ProCAST software to predict the region of defect formation. According to the simulation results, the cold iron can play a forced cooling role in the area of producing defects, improve the temperature field of the casting, make the casting conform to the principle of sequential solidification, effectively eliminate the defect of shrinkage and porosity of the casting, and pass the X-ray examination.
