基于金屬3D打印技術(shù)的發(fā)動機氣門設(shè)計與制造

【摘要】:介紹了金屬3D打印技術(shù)的分類、原理、工作流程,選用選擇性激光熔化工藝設(shè)計制造了V8發(fā)動機氣門零部件,闡述了整個設(shè)計制造工作流程,并對金屬3D打印預(yù)處理、熱等靜壓處理關(guān)鍵技術(shù)點做了詳細說明?蛊跍y試結(jié)果表明,成形的氣門零部件達到預(yù)期強度。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the classification, principle, working flow of metal 3D printing technology, the design and manufacture of V8 engine valve parts with selective laser melting process. The whole design and manufacturing process is expounded, and the key technical points of metal 3D printing preprocessing and thermal isostatic pressing are explained in detail. The fatigue test results show that the forming valve is formed. Spare parts reach the expected strength.
