彈簧鋼60Si2MnA表面脫碳規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:研究了加熱溫度、加熱時間對彈簧鋼60Si2Mn A脫碳厚度的影響,分析了脫碳組織形貌演化規(guī)律,運用菲克第二定律討論了脫碳厚度與加熱溫度、保溫時間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:加熱溫度在低于650℃以下,60Si2Mn A是不發(fā)生脫碳的;當加熱溫度達到700℃以上,脫碳層厚度隨著加熱溫度的升高和保溫時間的延長而逐漸增加的;加熱溫度在700~900℃之間,可以形成明顯的全脫碳層,且隨著保溫時間延長,全脫碳層厚度是逐漸增加的,全脫碳層厚度隨著溫度的升高是先增大后減小。加熱溫度為800℃時,全脫碳層厚度達到最大值。
[Abstract]:The effects of heating temperature and heating time on the decarburization thickness of spring steel 60Si2Mn A were studied. The evolution law of decarburization microstructure was analyzed. The relationship between decarburization thickness and heating temperature and holding time was discussed by using Fick's second law. The results show that there is no decarburization when the heating temperature is below 650 鈩,
