雙相鋼的力學(xué)性能和對成形極限的影響

【摘要】:對兩個來自不同生產(chǎn)線的冷軋雙相鋼DP780試樣的主要力學(xué)性能進行比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)相同牌號的DP鋼產(chǎn)品性能有顯著差異。建立拉伸過程的有限元模型,將拉伸試驗和有限元仿真相結(jié)合,利用材料失效點主應(yīng)變二次導(dǎo)數(shù)的變化規(guī)律準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測DP780在拉伸過程中的縮頸和破裂。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)相同牌號的DP鋼產(chǎn)品成形極限亦有明顯不同。最后從延伸長度和極限應(yīng)變兩方面定量分析應(yīng)變強化指數(shù)n值和強度系數(shù)K值的變化對拉伸過程成形極限的影響。發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)變強化指數(shù)n值的變化對成形極限影響較大,強度系數(shù)K值的變化對成形極限影響較小。增大n值可以提高發(fā)生縮頸和破裂時的延伸長度和極限應(yīng)變。
[Abstract]:The main mechanical properties of two cold-rolled double-phase steel DP780 samples from different production lines were compared and it was found that there were significant differences in the mechanical properties of DP steel products of the same grade. The finite element model of the tensile process is established. By combining the tensile test with the finite element simulation, the necking and fracture of DP780 during the tensile process is accurately predicted by using the variation law of the second derivative of the main strain at the failure point of the material. It is found that the forming limit of DP steel with the same grade is also different. Finally, the effects of strain strengthening exponent n and strength coefficient K on the forming limit of tensile process are analyzed quantitatively from the two aspects of extension length and ultimate strain. It is found that the variation of strain strengthening exponent n has a great influence on the forming limit, while the change of strength coefficient K has little effect on the forming limit. The extension length and ultimate strain of necking and rupture can be increased by increasing n value.
