固溶及時(shí)效熱處理對(duì)K465合金組織的影響

【摘要】:研究了K465合金熱處理后的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明,合金熱處理后,枝晶干處的γ'相呈立方狀、體積分?jǐn)?shù)為62%,同時(shí)還析出了細(xì)小點(diǎn)狀碳化物,鑄態(tài)MC碳化物轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镸6C。高溫時(shí)效熱處理結(jié)果表明,合金經(jīng)1 000℃/500 h和1 100℃/100 h后,析出富集W和Mo的針狀和棒狀二次析出相;1 000℃條件下,隨著時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),二次析出相的數(shù)量逐漸增多;溫度的升高可促進(jìn)二次相的析出。
