【摘要】:利用Thermo-Calc熱力學計算及Gleeble熱/力模擬方法,對0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2Nb N鋼的平衡態(tài)相變行為及高溫熱塑性進行了研究,結(jié)果表明,0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2Nb N鋼存在鍛造開裂現(xiàn)象,鍛造溫度宜控制在950℃—1 100℃間。
[Abstract]:The equilibrium phase transformation behavior and high temperature thermoplasticity of 0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2NbN steel were studied by Thermo-Calc thermodynamic calculation and Gleeble thermal / force simulation method. The results show that forging cracking exists in 0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2NbN steel and forging temperature should be controlled between 950 鈩,
