板材柔性介質(zhì)加壓成形技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:柔性介質(zhì)成形是指利用如液態(tài)的水或油、粘性的高分子聚合物及固態(tài)顆粒等作為傳力介質(zhì)使板材加工成形的制造方法 .與傳統(tǒng)工藝相比,板料柔性成形技術(shù)的工藝靈活度較高,兼具能保證質(zhì)量、降低成本和縮短工序等優(yōu)點,成為低塑性、難成形板材提高成形極限的有效途徑之一.綜述了液壓成形、粘性介質(zhì)成形和固體顆粒介質(zhì)壓力成形等代表性板材柔性介質(zhì)成形方法近年來國內(nèi)外的研究及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,為航空航天、汽車制造等領(lǐng)域多品種、大批量、復雜形狀零件的加工成形提供了技術(shù)指導.
[Abstract]:Flexible medium forming is a manufacturing method that uses liquid water or oil, viscous polymer and solid particles as force transfer medium to make sheet metal forming. Compared with the traditional technology, the flexible sheet metal forming technology has the advantages of high flexibility, high quality assurance, low cost and short working procedure. It is one of the effective ways to improve the forming limit of sheet metal with low plasticity and difficulty in forming. The research and development of flexible medium forming methods for sheet metal in recent years, such as hydroforming, viscous medium forming and solid particle medium pressure forming, are reviewed in this paper. The machining and forming of complex shape parts provide technical guidance.
