液壓支架機(jī)器人智能焊接生產(chǎn)線研發(fā)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為提升液壓支架焊接加工質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率,改善工人勞動(dòng)環(huán)境,研發(fā)了液壓支架焊接機(jī)器人智能焊接加工生產(chǎn)線。攻克了分層多道焊接、激光傳感、格子間變形適應(yīng)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),有效改進(jìn)了機(jī)器人與液壓支架焊接的適應(yīng)性;研制了焊接機(jī)器人外部軸、工件夾具、生產(chǎn)線控制、智能物流等系統(tǒng)及裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)了工件自動(dòng)上下料、型號(hào)自動(dòng)識(shí)別、結(jié)構(gòu)件全方位焊接等功能;基于MES制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)建立了車間級(jí)的智能化生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了整個(gè)車間的統(tǒng)一管理和數(shù)字化生產(chǎn)。車間級(jí)的智能化生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)在山能重裝塔高公司工業(yè)性試驗(yàn)6個(gè)月,應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:焊接效率提高100%,人員減少70%,自動(dòng)焊接產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定一致,滿足生產(chǎn)智能化、流程自動(dòng)化、管理信息化的發(fā)展要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the welding quality and production efficiency of the hydraulic support and the working environment of the workers and improve the working environment of the workers, the intelligent welding machining production line of the hydraulic support welding robot was developed. The key technologies such as multichannel welding, laser sensing, and the adaption of the deformation between the lattices were conquered, and the adaptability of the robot to the hydraulic support was improved effectively; the welding machine was developed. The external axis, workpiece fixture, production line control, intelligent logistics and other systems and devices have realized the functions of automatic feeding and unloading of the workpiece, automatic identification of the model, and all directional welding of structural parts. Based on the MES manufacturing execution system, a workshop level intelligent production management system is established, and the unified management and digital production of the whole workshop are realized. The application results show that the welding efficiency is increased by 100%, the personnel are reduced by 70%, the quality of automatic welding products is stable and consistent, and the development requirements of production intelligentization, process automation and management information are met.
