滾珠絲杠副精度保持性及加速試驗方法研究

【摘要】:論文以國家科技重大專項"功能部件測試試驗共性技術(shù)研究與能力建設(shè)(2016ZX04004007)"為背景,基于滾珠絲杠副精度保持性試驗臺,對滾珠絲杠副的精度保持性進行了研究和評估,并研究加速試驗方法提高試驗效率。針對國內(nèi)滾珠絲杠副精度保持性及試驗研究相對落后的現(xiàn)狀,基于可靠性研究的理論,對滾珠絲杠副的精度保持性進行了分析。根據(jù)精度保持性的數(shù)學(xué)模型進行仿真計算,研究不同試驗應(yīng)力對精度的影響并確定試驗應(yīng)力及邊界條件。研究精度保持性評估方法和加速試驗方法。對精度保持性試驗前的環(huán)境應(yīng)力篩選試驗進行方案設(shè)計,確定篩選方法,制定篩選流程,設(shè)計篩選應(yīng)力條件及應(yīng)力施加方法,對滾珠絲杠副樣件進行了篩選試驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)和排除了早期故障;跐L珠絲杠副精度保持性試驗臺設(shè)計精度保持性試驗方案和流程,并設(shè)計精度和預(yù)緊力在線測量方法;采用恒定應(yīng)力加速方法進行了精度保持性加速試驗,分析試驗數(shù)據(jù)并研究威布爾分布下的精度保持性評估方法,對分布參數(shù)和不同可靠度的精度保持性時間進行分析。設(shè)計基于步進應(yīng)力加速的A+A加速試驗方案和數(shù)據(jù)評估方法,適用于工廠對滾珠絲杠副產(chǎn)品的精度保持性進行快速測定與分析。對精度保持性驗收試驗方法進行分析,選取合適的抽樣方案和統(tǒng)計試驗方案,運用已有的精度保持性與加速試驗方法,根據(jù)生產(chǎn)方和接收方能夠承擔的驗收風(fēng)險等參數(shù),對具體統(tǒng)計方案的案例進行分析,選擇合理的驗收方案號并對接收、拒收判決進行分析,并根據(jù)接收、拒收的判據(jù)對滾珠絲杠副的精度保持性進行估計。
[Abstract]:Based on the national science and technology major project "Research and capacity building of functional component test commonality technology", based on the precision retention test platform of ball screw, the paper studies and evaluates the accuracy retention of ball screw pair. The accelerated test method is also studied to improve the test efficiency. Based on the theory of reliability research, this paper analyzes the precision retention of ball screw pairs in accordance with the relative backward status of domestic ball screw pairs' precision retention and experimental research. According to the mathematical model of precision retention, the influence of different test stress on precision is studied and the test stress and boundary conditions are determined. Research accuracy retention evaluation method and accelerated test method. The environmental stress screening test before precision retention test was designed, the screening method was determined, the screening process was established, the screening stress condition and the stress application method were designed, and the screening test was carried out on the ball screw pair sample. Early failures were detected and eliminated. Based on the design scheme and flow chart of precision retention test rig for ball screw pair, the on-line measurement method of precision and preload is designed, and the precision retention test is carried out by using constant stress acceleration method. The test data are analyzed and the precision retention evaluation method under Weibull distribution is studied. The distribution parameters and the accuracy retention time of different reliability are analyzed. The A A accelerated test scheme and data evaluation method based on step stress acceleration are designed, which is suitable for the rapid measurement and analysis of the precision retention of the ball screw by-products in the factory. This paper analyzes the acceptance test method of precision retention, selects suitable sampling scheme and statistical test scheme, and applies the existing precision retention and acceleration test methods, according to the acceptance risk that the producer and receiver can bear, and so on. This paper analyzes the case of the specific statistical scheme, selects the reasonable acceptance scheme number, and analyzes the decision of receiving and rejecting, and estimates the accuracy retention of ball screw pair according to the criterion of receiving and rejecting.
