【摘要】:分析MKD7675數(shù)控雙端面磨床上料機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及存在的問(wèn)題,針對(duì)機(jī)床的使用范圍受到限制,改進(jìn)了上料機(jī)構(gòu)的送料盤(pán)、料盤(pán)套(組件)和支承板設(shè)計(jì),將送料盤(pán)和料盤(pán)套(組件)合二為一,簡(jiǎn)化了結(jié)構(gòu);將支承板中的2個(gè)回轉(zhuǎn)支承點(diǎn)由滾動(dòng)滑輪改由滾動(dòng)軸承支承定位,降低了磨削中套圈的摩擦阻力,支承板設(shè)計(jì)為帶長(zhǎng)槽的結(jié)構(gòu),方便調(diào)整。實(shí)踐證明,改進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)合理可行。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the structure characteristics and existing problems of the feeding mechanism of MKD7675 NC double end grinder. Aiming at the limitation of the machine tool's scope of use, the paper improves the design of feeding disk, disc sleeve (component) and supporting plate of feeding mechanism. The structure is simplified by combining the feed plate and the disc sleeve (assembly), and the two rotary bearing points in the supporting plate are changed from the rolling pulley to the roller bearing support, thus reducing the friction resistance of the ring in grinding, The supporting plate is designed as a structure with long slot, which is easy to adjust. The practice proves that the structure improvement is reasonable and feasible.
