【摘要】：在采用Pro/Engineer軟件建立大型床身三維幾何模型的基礎上,運用Pro/Mechanica模塊對該模型進行了熱變形有限元分析,獲得了熱平衡狀態(tài)下的床身溫度場分布情況以及床身沿Y、Z方向的熱變形量。依據分析結果,對床身的內部結構進行優(yōu)化并增添外部冷卻裝置,然后再次進行熱變形有限元分析和效果驗證。在以上研究的基礎上,進行了床身溫升與熱變形實驗。研究結果表明,有限元分析值與檢測值一致性較佳,經過優(yōu)化設計的床身熱變形量明顯減小,既有效提升了工作效率,又降低了生產成本,使機床精度進一步提升。
[Abstract]:On the basis of establishing the 3D geometric model of large bed with Pro/Engineer software, the thermal deformation finite element analysis of the model is carried out by using Pro/Mechanica module. The distribution of temperature field of the bed and the thermal deformation of the bed along the direction of Yzzie Z are obtained under the condition of thermal balance. According to the analysis results, the internal structure of the bed was optimized and the external cooling device was added, then the thermal deformation finite element analysis and the effect verification were carried out again. On the basis of the above research, the temperature rise and thermal deformation of the bed are tested. The results show that the finite element analysis value is in good agreement with the detection value, and the hot deformation of the bed is obviously reduced after the optimization design, which not only effectively improves the working efficiency, but also reduces the production cost, and further improves the precision of the machine tool.
